TOPS Lemoyne  is a local chapter of TOPS Club Inc, the original noncommercial nonprofit weight loss support group.   Visit www.tops.org for more information. 

TOPS PA 1739 Lemoyne was chartered July 2020.  All TOPS chapters are run my volunteers.   Weigh-in starts at 9:30am.  Meetings start at 9:50am.  Meetings are help every Saturday morning.   The first visit to any chapter is free to check it out and see if it is a good fit for you. 

TOPS does not require a specific diet.  We won't sell you anything.   As a support group, we teach you the tools to find what works for YOU. 

TOPS Club Inc national registration fee is $49 for new memberships.   TOPS Lemoyne chapter dues are $2 a meeting.
