During Black History Month, the Reynolds Media Center will showcase groundbreaking gems of Black cinema from across the decades, some rarely seen. The Festival owes its genesis to Maya Cade's magnificent database Black Film Archive (blackfilmarchive.com)

2:00 pm: Mississippi Burning (1988)

A fictionalized account of the FBI's investigation into the 1964 disappearance of three civil rights workers. Starring Gene Hackman, Willem Dafoe, and Frances McDormand.
