Join us for this popular race at Uvas Reservoir. It's a Sprint but super-sized. Swim .75 miles in Uvas Reservoir. Bike 16.2 miles on quiet country roads. Only two climbs! Finish up with a 5 mile run. Then eat tasty food and listen to good music while waiting for the award ceremony.

Top 3 in 5 year age groups for Triathlon. Top 3 Overall for all other events. Special Youth & Senior pricing. Clydesdale & Athena waves. No-binary/Prefer Not Say options. Relays too! AquaBike, Duathlon and Aquathlon events also available.

Swim Course:

The reservoir offers some of the cleanest water around and features 65 to 70 degree water temperature this time of year. Swimmers start in the water and swim counter-clockwise around a tree-lined peninsula. Keep buoys on the left. Exit using the boat ramp on the opposite side of the start.

Bike Course:

The bike course is a scenic 16.2 miles with two climbs. It circumnavigates Uvas and Chesboro Reservoirs. This course is used for the Triathlon, AquaBike, and Duathlon.

Run Course:

The Run course goes up Uvas Road following the bike course. It's 5 miles long with two aid station -- one at miles 1 and 4 and the other at miles 2 & 3. This is the run for the Triathlon, Aquathlon and the second run of the Duathlon.
