During the Winter Carnival Committee's Theme Selection Meeting held in APR 2024, a decision was made for the 2025 Winter Carnival Theme.  As always, there were so many great ideas put on the table, but the final decision was made democratically, by all members of the committee.  After narrowing the field of possible themes, the winner was a theme that wasn't new to being on the theme list, but it looks like 2025 will be its year - Music Legends!  Join us in celebrating all the brilliance of Winter through parades, sports events, fireworks, family gatherings and many other festivities including of course Our Winter Carnival Ice Palace!
