Join us for the 2025 Run 4 Hunger 5K, 10K & Kids Fun Runs, The 2025 Run 4 Hunger is set for Friday, July 4, 2025, celebrating 20 years of running, walking, and giving back to the Elk Grove community. This milestone event brings together families, friends, and neighbors for a morning of fun, fitness, and philanthropy—all in support of the Elk Grove Food Bank Services.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking for a great way to start your Independence Day, there’s a race for you! Choose from the 5K, 10K, and Kids’ Fun Run, all while making a difference for those facing food insecurity. Race Day Schedule
6:30 a.m. - Packet pick-up opens at District56 (9701 Big Horn Blvd.)
7:35 a.m. - Kid’s Fun Run - 1/4 mile (6 and under) and 1/2 mile (7 to 10)
8:05 a.m. - 5K/10K starts
9:00 a.m. - 5K/10K Awards Ceremony for overall winners
