Noted saxophonist/flutist Ken Field will lead a jazz trio with John Stein/guitar and Blake Newman/bass, performing a collection of well known and lesser known jazz standards, as well as a number of Field's intriguing originals. Newman is bassist with Field's New Orleans inspired group the Revolutionary Snake Ensemble. Stein, a longtime professor at Berklee College of Music, is known internationally for his numerous recordings and educational publications.
