3:00 p.m: Ice Skating Games on the Common
3:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m: Drop-In Bandana Making at the Library Arts Center. Families and Adults, ready to wear to the Opening Festival

5:00 p.m: Opening Ceremony Festival Newport Bandstand/PO area. Music, Food Trucks, fire pits, hot cocoa bar/smores, group western line dance, torch parade. Queens torch lighting at 6:00 p.m

6:00 p.m: Winter Carnival Dinner at the Old Courthouse Restaurant, BBQ dinner and live music by Rob Oxford $33+, souvenir glass, reservation at 603.863.8360

7:00 p.m - 8:00 p.m: Open Line Dancing with Dorianne and Lessons at Newport Rec (Free)
7:00 p.m: Western Movie Night on the silver screen: Quick And The Dead and popcorn at Library Arts Center
