8:30AM - hotel students load buses at hotels (Grab n Go breakfast provided at MHS)
8:30AM- commuter students arrive - report to Auditorium
9:15AM - Rehearsals begin
Band - Band Room
Orchestra - Library
Chorus - Auditorium
Jazz Band - Chorus Room
9:30AM - Past Presidents Meeting - MIDI LAB
10:30AM - Executive Board Meeting - Black Box
11:30 - 12:00PM - SA/TB Chorus and Jazz Band Lunch - Small Gym
12:00-12:30PM - SA/TB Chorus and Orchestra Lunch - Small Gym
12:30-1:00PM - Concert Band - Small Gym
2:30PM - Annual Membership Meeting - Black Box
5:00-5:45PM - Orchestra and Jazz Band Dinner
(Jazz Band dress rehearsal and solo/ensemble 5:45-6:45 in Auditorium)
(Possible Sectionals for SA and TB pieces during this time)
6:00-6:45PM - Concert Band and Chorus Dinner
(after dinner go straight to the Auditorium for concert)
7:00PM - Solo and Ensemble/ Jazz Ensemble Concert - MPAC
8:30PM - Load buses to hotels, commuters leave via MPAC
