Alastair Greene is a multi-charting Top 10 Billboard blues-rock guitarist and singer. His band has been rocking for over 25 years, drawing comparisons to Gov't Mule, ZZ Top and Cream. Alastair toured the world for eight years on guitar and vocals with the Alan Parsons Project and played major dates with Starship Featuring Mickey Thomas. He is a longtime regular at the Memphis-based Blues Foundation events, has been a featured performer at the Big Blues Bender, toured the US with Tab Benoit's band and criss-crossed the globe with Grammy nominee Sugaray Rayford's band. In addition, he has had many guest appearances with such luminaries as Eric Burdon, Walter Trout, Coco Montoya, Savoy Brown, Debbie Davies, Buddy Guy, Curtis Salgado, and Slash.

His latest record, Standing Out Loud, recalls the spirit of his favorite music from the 1960's and 70's with great songs rooted in blues and southern rock traditions. Featuring funky, swampy grooves and flights of muscular guitar, Greene's style draws comparisons to Stevie Ray Vaughan, Double Trouble, and most of all, Gov't Mule and their synthesis of The Allman Brothers Band's improvisational firepower and the raw, stripped-down electric Blues-rock of Cream.
