The MILFORD BANK and the MILFORD MOVES FOR VETERANS event committee are extremely happy to host our annual event! We are looking forward to seeing you again at our safe run & walk! 

The 5k Run/Walk is bib chip-timed from the start & finish- you receive your ‘net’ time from ‘Last Mile Racing’

All runners & walkers completing the entire 5k are eligible for prizes based on their time. 

Plenty of parking in nearby lots, at The Milford Bank on the green, and Colony Grill parking lots (no parking on the racecourse).

A free Kids, safe “Run For The Flag” Fun Run- a non-competitive, 200-yard scamper for kids 10 and younger only - weather permitting. All kids receive a flag and medal at the finish.

A special swag giveaway is guaranteed to the first 350 entrants.
