What: Michaels, the leading creative destination in North America, will host an in-store selling pop-up for its location in Camp Hill on Saturday, January 18th from 1pm-4pm, featuring goods from a local seller available on MakerPlace, the online handmade marketplace dedicated to supporting U.S.-based makers and artisans. The event will allow Michaels customers to discover a local handmade artist and shop some of the high-quality goods available on their MakerPlace storefronts directly in-store.

Who: Crocheted by Christina is the vision of Christina Stuckey, who has been crocheting for over 45 years, having first been taught by her Nana at just 8 years old. After officially starting her business in 2021, Christina now runs a successful storefront on MakerPlace by Michaels—the online handmade marketplace dedicated to supporting U.S.-based makers and artisans—where she is able to reach even more consumers interested in her craft.

At the upcoming MakerPlace by Michaels pop-up this Saturday, Christina will be selling crocheted shawls with pockets, fingerless gloves, and dish cloths – all at her special craft show pricing.
