Toa O Samoa of DMV will host our annual Memorial Day Wreath Laying event, honoring our fallen service members at 7 a.m. We invite all Toa O Samoa of DMV active, reserve, and retired service members and their families to join us on this day. This is an important event as we teach our children, remember, and honor our heroes. We will meet at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall.
