The Wonders of Sound Waves - Presented by the National Capital Radio & Television Museum
Enjoy an exciting adventure into the world of sound! In this program, kids in grades 3-5 are invited to explore how communication has evolved from letters and newspapers to phones and radios. Kids will witness fun demonstrations, observe sound waves in action, and discover how they impact everything around us. Plus, they’ll get to make their own cup-and-string telephones to see how sound travels!
This program is limited to 15 children and their families on a first-come, first-served basis.
