Formerly known as the Lancaster Native Plant and Wildlife Festival, MT Earth Fest is an annual event at Overlook Park that showcases local environmental organizations, native plant nurseries, and many artisans. The event and activities are provided completely free thanks to a partnership between the Manheim Township Department of Parks and Recreation, Manheim Township School District, and a volunteer club called Habitat Manheim Township, who seeks to educate the public about the benefits of native plants for the ecosystem and the community through education and by example.
