Indoor Track and Field Meet

Anyone who is 18 years of age or older is eligible to participate in the FRNY Indoor Track & Field Meet. Athletes who are 14–17 years of age will be required to have a consent form signed by their parent or guardian.
Awards
Individual events: awards will be given to the top three finishers in the male, female and non-binary divisions in following age groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, & 70+.
Relay Events: awards will be given to the top three finishing mens, womens, non-binary and mixed gender teams in the Open (34 and under) and Masters (35+) divisions. Team division is based on the age of the youngest runner.
