Join us for a morning of peace and mindfulness with certified Forest Bathing Guide, Ian Napper! Forest Bathing (aka shinrin-yoku) is an opportunity to slow down, come home to the present moment, reconnect to Nature, and create spaciousness. This hour-and-a-half session will guide guests with invitational options into mindful movement, mindful breathing, centering, directed awareness, and other experiential practices while we engage with moment and the more-than-human-world. Expect light walking and some sitting on the ground. Every session is unique.
Cost: $20 members, $25 non-members
