Join us for a soul-nourishing day retreat designed to help you Flow Into Your Inner Goddess through gentle yoga, mindful eating, forest bathing walk, transformative breathing exercises, and immersive sound meditation.

Surrounded by a supportive circle of like-minded women, you'll reconnect with your true essence — the goddess within — and leave feeling restored, empowered, and aligned in mind, body, and spirit.

The lovely Ilana from Kindred Nature will be guiding our Mindful Walk in Nature as our forest bathing facilitator!

Ilana will help us reconnect with the truth that we, too, are nature—and through that remembrance, we can nurture greater resilience, well-being, and a deep sense of belonging. Her guidance invites us to shift from disconnection to connection, and to co-create a more radiant, reciprocal, and thriving world of interbeing.

What to bring: Packed lunch, water bottle, blanket, favorite pillow and eye mask if you wish.

Wear comfortable clothes for movement and layers for the weather during our hike. Sneakers or hiking shoes are ideal.
