Mardi Gras is French for "Fat Tuesday", reflecting the practice of the last night of consuming rich, fatty foods in preperation for Lent. Come get your Fat Tuesday on with the Roadhouse and Honey Disposition- featuring a heavy jazz influence with trumpet, sax, cajon drum, keys and vocal harmonies.
The feast is All Day on Fat Tuesday with New Orleans inspired cuisine: Cajun Shrimp Po Boys, Fried Oyster Po Boys, Crawfish Boudin Balls, Andouille & Grits, and specialty cocktails and desserts.
