This new three in one event will host three community health summits over the course of one day: The Taking the Lead Youth Summit, Black Health Summit, and Mental Health Summit! There will be health screenings, music, food, giveaways, vendors, and the opportunity to hear from various medical professionals addressing your health concerns. Keynote speakers include Kemba Smith, Prison Reform Activist; Dr. Brian Assent, Obstetrician-Gynecologist and Maternal Health; and Tonier Cain, Trauma Informed Care Expert, Author, and Movie Producer. This year’s Youth Summit breakout session will be What’s in the Vape: the Trush Behind the Clouds; Get Up & Glow: How Movement Boosts Your Mood; Your Brain on Self-Care: Why Taking Breaks is a Power Move; Good Vibes Only: How to Stay Chill When Life Gets Real.
