The Washington Inn is a destination you don't want to miss! Renovated with Italian inspired architecture and sensual decor, this luxury boutique hotel is one of Oakland's historic landmarks. Located in "Old Oakland" in the heart of downtown, this hotel is across the Oakland Convention Center, nearby shopping, cinemas, Jack London Square, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Chinatown, and other fine restaurants and night spots. The hotel is only a seven minute drive from the Oakland International Airport and approximately a 12 minute drive from downtown San Francisco. This is the venue where it all began, on May 1, 2009, the very first Comedy Oakland show was held at this venue.
