12:00 p.m. - The Buckeye Lady , Alicia Hindman
The Buckeye Lady specializes in handcrafting Ohio's favorite peanut butter and chocolate confection, the buckeye. In addition to traditional buckeyes, they proudly serve 75 rotating varieties of Stuffed Buckeyes™; a modern twist on the nostalgic traditional buckeye. The Buckeye Lady will share the history of how the buckeye was born in Ohio, how The Buckeye Lady started her journey, and she'll show how to handcraft traditional buckeyes at home!
1:00 p.m. - Chef Demo: Budd Dairy Food Hall’s Taco Rudos
Enjoy a taste of Mexican Street food and sample the best tacos Columbus has to offer! Taco Rudos’ authentic Mexican tacos in Columbus, located in Budd Dairy Foodhall is a tribute to tradition, flavor and a fighting spirit of determination. As a proud women-owned small business, Tacos Rudos is not just a restaurant- it is a celebration of heritage and passion.
2:00 p.m. -  Chef Demo: VASO with Executive Chef David Belknap
Located on the rooftop of the AC Dublin, VASO offers a unique Spanish-style tapas menu and panoramic views of the Scioto River and Historic Downtown Dublin. Under the expert guidance of Executive Chef David Delknap, guests will discover the art of crafting unique,  impressive dishes.
3:00 p.m. -  Chef Demo: Ajumama Food Truck with Laura Lee
Bringing a taste of Seoul to Columbus, Ajumama serves Korean street food without the 7000 mile road trip. Always fresh and sassy, sometimes sweet or hot, a lot of traditional with a little rock and roll, but way more than just BBQ or kimchi. Ajumama can’t wait to take you on a culinary tour of Korea, unlike anything else you will find in Central Ohio.
4:00 p.m. - Chef Demo: The Cheesecake Girl with Samantha Strange
The Cheesecake Girl is a Columbus-based bakery renowned for its commitment to local ingredients and made-from-scratch baked goods. Founded by Samantha Strange, a Dublin, Ohio native, the bakery began as a fun hobby in her parents' kitchen in 2016. Today, The Cheesecake Girl boasts multiple locations across Columbus, including Center Street Market in Hilliard, Budd Dairy Food Hall in Italian Village, Shoppes at River Ridge in Dublin, Bubbly Food Hall in New Albany, and Wexner Medical Center on campus.
