Proceeds benefit the cradle to career programs and services of the Community Building Institute Middletown. Your $35 payment comes with a bib to participate in the race, a swag bag, a t-shirt (if registered before 10/23), a participation medal, a post-race beer ticket (if you're 21+), pre-race snacks, hot food after the race, and access to post-race activities. Don't want to participate in the race? You can purchase a ticket and enjoy all the same benefits of the event without running. There will be an expo hosted the night before (Friday 11/8) from 4PM -9PM at Primo Italian Steakhouse for runners to pick up their bibs and swag bags early. During the expo, the restaurant will also be hosting a special dinner for  $25 per person, serving lots of pasta for carb loading! Salad, bread, beverages and chocolate cookies also included.

Compete as an individual or with your business as a corporate team. Categorized prizes will be awarded to solo runners and a traveling trophy will be awarded to the corporate team winner for the year. The first three male runners and the first three female runners to cross the finish line will receive cash prizes.

5K/3.1-mile course starts Primo Italian Steakhouse. You'll be able to wait for the race to start inside a heated tent or in the restaurant to stay warm. Parking will be available in the adjacent bus station parking lot and restaurant parking. Water will be provided at the halfway point and at the end of the course.

Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome. However, please be aware that dogs won't be allowed in the tent after the race because we are serving hot food.

T-shirt deadline:

The deadline to secure a t-shirt has passed. After the race, there will be an opportunity to select a shirt from the "extras" bin if any remain. This will be done on a first come, first serve basis as participants cross the finish line, with priority given to those who did not receive a t-shirt during check-in.

Early check in:

Friday November 8th during Primo's carb load dinner is the opportunity to check in and collect your race materials early. CBI will be set up at Primo Italian Steakhouse from 5pm-8pm doing check in, handing out swag bags, and assigned bibs. If you're not interested in checking in early, be sure to get to the race before 9:45AM, check in and registration begins at 8:30AM.

The first three male runners and the first three female runners to cross the finish line will win cash prizes, restaurant gift certificates and medals:
1st place - $300 cash plus $100 Primo Gift Card
2nd place - $200 cash plus $100 Primo Gift Card
3rd place - $100 cash plus $100 Primo Gift Card
