Join us for the second annual Canyon City Classic 5K/10K, Cutie Fun Run, & CommUNITY Festival!  The Festival Includes various sampling and vendor booths, interactive experiences, and musical entertainment. Proceeds from the event will benefit Azusa’s youth sports programs and Azusa serving non-profit organizations.

Course Info:

Starting Line:
Runners are encouraged to begin lining up no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the 5/10K Race, Family Fun 5/10K Walk & Stroller Roll or Kids 1k Run.
Line up according to your expected race pace. Faster runners should be positioned at the front of the start chute, while slower runners/walkers/ strollers start on the back. The goal is to have the start flow nice and safely. Remember you are being chip timed.

Course Design:
Both 5K (3.1 miles) and 10K (6.2miles) run/walk events are flat and fast. Starts just across from Memorial Park on Orange Avenue. It takes you through tree lined streets, passes by the historic Zacatecas park, then returns on 1st Street onto North San Gabriel where you will have breathtaking views of the Azusa foothills. Finally, participants return on Angelino and finish back the corner Orange Avenue & Hollyvale Street. The 10K is a two loop course which covers the same route as the 5K. The Cutie 1K covers the perimeter of Memorial park and finishes in the same area.
